The RTP program “A Nossa Tarde” visited the Biscainhos Museum in Braga, where it followed the high-resolution digitization of pieces that are not normally available to the public, but which will now be freely available online. This is only possible thanks to the PATRIMÓNIO CULTURAL 360® project, promoted by the Cultural Heritage Institute, a public institution, and developed within the framework of the PRR – Recovery and Resilience Plan. In total, at the Biscainhos Museum, 650 pieces were digitized in 2D and 300 in 3D from seven of the twenty existing collections, with a greater predominance in the collection of Portuguese, Oriental and Chinese ceramics. This process will allow for the dissemination, study and research of the objects with unprecedented precision and detail.
