V. Reporting situations of discrimination
Under Article 13 of Decree?Law no. 83/2018 of 19 October, any person with a disability who is subject to discriminatory treatment may lodge a complaint under applicable legislation, namely Law no. 46/2006 of 28 August.
The National Institute for Rehabilitation, I.P. (INR, I.P.) provides a mechanism for submitting reports, forwarding them to the competent authorities.
