1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use (including mere access) of the portal www.360.patrimoniocultural.gov.pt, hereinafter referred to as the “portal”.
Access to the portal implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the user.

All portal content, including texts, images, 2D and 3D digitisations, videos, virtual tours, graphics, design, software and other elements, is protected by intellectual property rights and is owned by Património Cultural, I.P. or used with authorisation from the competent entities.

Reproduction, distribution, public communication, making available, modification or any other form of use of the content, in whole or in part, is prohibited without prior written authorisation from the respective rights holder, except in cases permitted by law.
The user may view the content and, where technically possible, make copies for strictly personal and non?commercial use.
The name PATRIMÓNIO CULTURAL 360® and its logo are registered trade marks and may not be used without prior authorisation.

The portal may contain hyperlinks to third?party sites, provided for the user’s convenience.
PATRIMÓNIO CULTURAL 360® does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those sites.
Access to external sites is under the exclusive responsibility of the user, who should consult their respective terms and conditions and privacy policies.

Any collection and processing of personal data in the context of portal use is carried out in accordance with applicable legislation, namely Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable national legislation.
